Purchase Price

On the form
$ All Cash
Example: $1,250,000
What it is
The total price the buyer is offering for the property. If the offer is all cash, the All Cash box is checked and no loan lines apply.
Why it matters
This single number anchors the entire deal. Commission, appraisal targets, loan-to-value, and the Purchase Price Total at the bottom of Paragraph 3 all key off it.
Common mistakes
  • Transposing digits (writing 1,205,000 instead of 1,250,000).
  • Checking All Cash while also filling in loan amounts below.
Pro tip
Say the number out loud as you type it, then confirm it matches the figure your buyers approved in writing.
